I have a blast trying different mascaras on my long lashes. These are my own opinions of different brands & formulas. Also I live in a northern dry climate, so you may have a totally different experience!
My lashes have not always been long though. Then I discovered the best lash serum! For your own longer lashes. You can find that here. I now enjoy putting on a layer of eyelash enhancing mascara.
This separated lashes nicely, applied easily for about 3 applications; 6 tube plunges. Then it became a bit clumpy, gewy, making it a bit difficult to use the rest of the tube. However it did not feel drying so that was a bonus. As drying out your lashes is the LAST thing you want to do as they will break easily then. I steer clear of waterproof formulas for regular wear since it is more drying than a regular formula. Try a tube of Loreal Voluminous Mascara.
Here is a pic with this brand of mascara. No other makeup on as I like to have a true comparison in “print” of how the mascara looked.
